The Mighty Mac® TPH185 is a PTO driven wood shredder and chipper with serious capacity. This 3-point hitch mounted PTO wood shredder chipper is designed for use on Category 1 tractor PTO’s with up to 45 HP, running at 540 RPMs. Much more than a brush shredder, this machine will chip branches up to 4-1/2” in diameter and the 48 free-swinging hammers are heat-treated, case hardened, and reversible four times providing years of useful life. They will pulverize leaves, small brush, stalks, grass, and any other yard and garden or kitchen debris. The chipper features a heavy steel flywheel with a tool steel heat-treated knife that can be resharpened. The flywheel has been specially balanced for the smoothest chipping with the least vibration.
The large hoppers allow for processing bushels of material fast and efficiently and less pre-processing pruning.
