Our NEW Mighty Mac® chipper-shredder that perfectly fills the gap between our 12P series and SC183 Brute!  For years we have felt the need for a unit to fill the niche between these two units.  HERE IT IS!!!  The model SC150 is the ultimate power tool for the customer bridging the high-end consumer with the professional user.

The SC150 is available in highway or tractor-towable models, powered by a 12 hp Briggs & Stratton INTEK I/C OHV electric start engine plus centrifugal clutch for no load starting.  This unit boasts a 13” diameter by ¾” thick flywheel (weighing 35 lbs.) with a heat treated resharpenable tool steel knife traveling at 93 mph to chip branches up to 4” diameter.  The 36 free-swinging reversible (3 X more) hammers provide 86,400 hits per minute for maximum shredding capability.  The standard screen will be a 1-1/4” round hole screen; optional 1-1/2” x 4-3/4” slotted screen
